How to steal like an artist

some time ago,i read an article by Austin Kleon on 'How to Steal like An Artist'. of which i found from evie.s. read it here. So if you are running out of ideas, steal someone elses' ideas or someone that inspires you (not your enemy though) and make them yours. well, just remember to credit them though. its hard work you see.

one thing is regret most is chopping off my locks. Now i cant do much stuff to my hair but to let it grow longer. Waiting for it to grow takes ages! I miss my old hair, but my old hair is too damaged to be kept long, i use too many styling tools on it. Now, i do not wish for a straight hair anymore because everyone is at it. So its kinda boring. Maybe back then yes, when i was in secondary school. I appreciate my curly locks now. 

Back to the topic, i love braids, everything braids. The only one im good at is the classic braid, well actually everyone is familiar with the classic braid which is the simplest one.  Im trying to figure out the french and fishtail braids. It looks complicated, yes. But its not that difficult. haha! well, the one who made the hair tutorials told me so. Since, im pretty much free, i watch hair tutorials in youtube and blogs besides reading good blogs. No life kan? Well, its fun rather than surfing the net without getting anything or even learning anything new. There are so many things to discover on the net everyday, you just have to look around. Seek and you will find it.
And did you know cancer are now curable? hah! I bet you dont. Well, im not really a medical expert, durh. My uncle gave me loads of articles to print out on the net so i read it. Look around, and you will learn something.

And so, i was browsing through many blogs and i found this good one by Lauren Conrad. Everything you need to know from beauty, nails, makeup, fashion, and hair, this is the right place. Its call the beauty department. Two of my favorite posts has got to be the above. I just love how simple things can make your nails look so good, minus the cute blings or flowers. Not really a fan, really. How to do it? Read it here for post 1 and post 2. While at it, browse for more cool post on their hair tutorials. Especially on their braids tutorial and just browsing through their neat blog for more beauty and fashion ideas!

Have you ever tried making cupcakes? I did, well it did not turn out the way i want it to. Maybe it was a muffin, i cant remember. Sometimes, decoration on the cupcakes makes it so irresistible. But when you actually eat it, -____-. but anyhoo, im running out of ideas. enjoy the pictures and keep calm and get a cupcake!

A short trip to Kuching for rainforest . It wasnt a happy trip but i had fun. Another close family member left this year. Life is too short to be taken for granted, somehow i wish i had spoken to him before he left. Lesson learnt# Never take someone for granted because you never know, tomorrow might be his last day on earth. May his soul rest in peace, hopefully you will meet meo there.
